Your agency got faster this year. The question this morning's Live is built to answer is whether it got more valuable. Those are not the same thing, and most owners find that out the expensive way.
Faster looks harmless from the inside. Six routes instead of three, for the same fee. A call summarised by AI so the account lead doesn't have to write it up. A first draft that used to take a day, now taking an hour. It feels like progress, because it is progress, on the metric that's easiest to see.
Then a client asks how that draft gets checked, and three people on the team give three different answers. Or procurement notices the turnaround improved and starts asking why the invoice hasn't. Or a smaller, AI-native competitor starts winning pitches on speed you thought was yours.
None of that is a tools problem. It's what happens when the team moves faster than the model underneath it, and nobody's decided who keeps the value of the time that's been saved.
This morning's Live isn't another AI session, and it won't hand you a transformation plan or a list of platforms to go and try. The aim is smaller and more useful. You leave knowing which crack is yours first, before a client or a competitor finds it for you.
10:15am UK, about 90 minutes.
If this morning doesn't work for your diary, reply and I'll send you the recording, or the scorecard we'll be using live to find the first crack.
